Freckle Belly India Pale Ale-
The name alone makes me want to order up a pint of this pale Ale. this full-bodied India Pale Ale is loaded with fresh hops for a powerful blend of citrus, pine and fruit aromas. The firm malt backbone works well with the bold hop finish that everyone expects from an IPA.The best part about this website is that they do food pairings with all the different beers. It would be so fun to do a food and beer pairing party for friends.

Arkansas
Rock Town Distillery
Little Rock, AR
A handmade using a copper potstill, one small batch at a time. What makes this gin special is the mix of botanicals we use and the technique we use to infuse the flavors in the spirit. This Gin would be great in a Martini especially in a Churchhill Martini!
Churchhill Martini
Brandon's Gin served in a martini glass, usually shaken over ice.
Made popular by British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, who when once asked how much vermouth he would like in his martini, was quoted as replying
``I would like to observe the vermouth from across the room while I drink my martini.``
You have to love a man who love his gin!
California
Distillery No. 209
San Fransisco CA
Kosher Gin-
To our knowledge, No. 209 Kosher-for-Passover Gin is the only certified kosher-for-Passover gin in the world. In order for observant Jews to have a gin they could enjoy over Passover, Leslie Rudd asked No. 209’s Ginerator, Arne Hillesland, and associate winemaker Jonathon Hadju from kosher Covenant Wines to develop a gin that was as close as possible to No. 209’s taste profile and strictly adhered to kosher-for-Passover standards. We knew that it was not a simple feat since kosher standards preclude using any grain based spirit, and additionally, several key botanicals are not Passover approved. This idea of Kosher gin rocked my world in about a 100 different ways!

Onyx Moonshine-
Onyx Moonshine is the first moonshine to be produced in Connecticut since prohibition. Our authentic American moonshine is handcrafted in small batches from our very own secret recipe. Extremely smooth and delicious, Onyx Moonshine can be enjoyed:

Moonshine is a truly American spirit, and while not yet part of mainstream American liquors, it can be extremely high quality and enjoyable.
My Father is from Kentucky and My Mother is from West Virgina so Moonshine is what my "people" come from! If this was sold in a mason jar I think my grandfather would felt like the world had become a better place just because Onyx was created. If they start selling this in MN it will be a game changer!

We have had a very brutal summer here in Wisconsin and sometimes I can't think of anything better than an ice cold light beer. My other half loves shipyard brewery, and their new Shipyard summer ale looks so refreshing.
"Shipyard Summer Ale is a traditional American wheat beer. With its inviting golden color, mellow malted wheat flavor and less hoppy characteristics, it’s sure to please those looking for a clean, cool taste sensation on long, hot summer days. "

Blue Earth Bourbon-
It's in the barrel. Look for Blue Earth Bourbon in spring 2014. Trust me–it'll be worth the wait.
A quote from the website below is one of the many reasons I picked pather to represent my new home state of MN. They do have a gin and white water whisky you can buy now. But great things come to those that wait!
We’re proud to be Minnesota’s first legal whiskey distillery and we’re dedicated to continuing Minnesota's heritage of exceptional distilled spirits that goes back to Prohibition. With a wealth of natural resources in our backyard, we can’t think of a better place to make the finest tasting whiskey and spirits.
Mississippi
Cathead Vodka
Jackson, MS
Honeysuckle Vodka-
Cathead vodka has come out with the first ever honeysuckle vodka! What drew me to this specific distillery was the fact that they donate to live music! "By all means possible, we look to align ourselves with foundations who support live music, genuine arts and the fine southern heritage that is the BLUES. We pledge to provide $1 of every 750ML sold to help support foundations that agree with our cause." My mouth is watering for this cocktail!:

New York
Delaware Phoenix Distillery
Walton, NY
Meadow of Love Absinthe-
Absinthe was banned in the United States for 97 years. It was banned because of multiple instances of harmful effects and even deaths of its drinkers, most of which were due to over indulgence of the green spirit. The banned was lifted in 2007after the band was lifted many brands have been released with lower thujone levels. The Meadow of Love is referred to as a more floral, feminine, and drier absinthe. The core six herbs are grand wormwood, anise, fennel, roman wormwood, hyssp, and lemon balm in different proportions than the Walton Waters. The seventh herb is violet. I think we all should try new things!
North CarolinaCarolina Distillery
Lenoir, NC
Carriage House Authentic Apple Brandy-
This apple Brandy is made with local North Carolina Pink Lady apples and is "handcrafted in a copper pot and bottles one barrel at a time to give each batch its own unique character and flavor." Because
I'm from WI, the state that consumes a massive amount of Brandy for
our signature "Old Fashioned," I thought this Apple brandy would be
great in a brandy old fashioned sweet perhaps with apple flavored
bitters! The owners of this distillery are currently creating a
strawberry brandy which sounds delicious as well!
North DakotaMaple River Distillery

South Carolina
Firefly Distillery
Wadmalaw Island, SC
Mint Tea-
When I first started buying this mint Tea from Firely I wanted so badly for the botle to have bugs that glowed in the dark. I forgive Firefly for the lack of glow in the dark because this stuff is just plain good.
Mint Tea Flavored Vodka. Each sip is like a cool breath of fresh air that makes you want to exhale with a long contented “ahhh.” This is the original Firefly Sweet Tea Flavored Vodka with natural mint flavor. It’s a refreshing taste, with a little kick.
South Dakota
Pierre, SD
Coyote 100 Light Whiskey-
Coyote 100 is just one more reason to go to South Dakota. Dakota Spirits also makes Brandy and Vodka. The Vodka Bottle has a picture of a phesent on it so men that hunt are all over it! I think they explain it the best; below is the story of Coyote 100.
"Our Coyote 100 Light Whiskey is unaged or if aged stored at this higher alcohol concentration for a shorter period of time in American Oak barrels. The higher alcohol content produces a higher vanillin, or floral character because of its greater penetration into the oak barrels. That is why we don’t age this classic as long as our straight whiskeys. Just enough storage time to add flavor and a little color."
Tennessee
Prichard's Distillery
Kelso, TN
Sweet Georgia Bell Peach Mango Rum-
I've said it before, but I LOVE any drink that involves iced tea, so of course I gravitated towards the "Georgia Sweet Tea," that consists of only this peach mango rum and sweet tea. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Utah
Ogden's Own Distillery
Ogden, UT
Underground Herbal Spirit-
Underground is like a history lesson in a bottle.....
From the late 1800's to the mid 1900's setting foot off of the train in Ogden was often a life changing experience for a transcontinental rail traveler. The train station sat as the root of the infamous Two-bit Street. "Any man's desire fulfilled for two bits." Two-bit/25th Street was a hedonist's paradise. With no trouble from the law, a man could gamble, drink bootleg liquor, spend time with an unfamiliar lady, smoke opium, or befall a worse fate.
Two-bit's dens of iniquity were all connected in their basements by a network of tunnels. It is rumored that there were miles of them. One can only imagine what activities went on underground.
Touted as "Little Chicago" for years, even Al Capone commented that Ogden was too wild for his tastes.
Ogden's Own Distillery has bottled an elixir reminiscent of Two-bit Street's past. Underground is an herbal bitter meant for shots, but mixes well with many beverages.
The blend of 33 herbs, spices and flavors. The flavors include a mellow blend of cassia, angostura, anise, cardemom, gentian, yarrow, wormwood, mate, guarana, ginseng, molasses, orange oil, lemon oil, spearmint and pure cane sugar. Underground gets much of its sweetness from agave and plum extracts and uses half the sugar of similar liqueurs.Ogden's is also known for it's FIVE WIVES vodka that is banned in Idaho! The website is great and I am ordering the Five wives t-shirt and vodka along with the Underground !

1/2 oz maple syrup

"Vermont
Gold Vodka is pure, delicate, unflavored vodka, handmade in small
batches from the sugar of maple sap, the very essence of Vermont. Each
spring in New England, freezing nights and warm sunny days allow the
mature maple trees to pump out the sugar which has been converted from
starch and stored during the dormant winter season. The trees release
this sugar as sap which flows for less than six weeks a year. Our
Distiller takes over from there."
